加拿大税务局紧急提醒：这些纳税人暂时不要报税！

加拿大税务局（CRA）本周提醒纳税人，如果他们在2024年的所得税和福利申报中涉及去年实现的资本收益，应暂缓申报。
CRA在3月12日发布的公告中表示，目前仍在更新系统，以便继续使用50%的资本收益纳入比例，这项工作预计将在未来几周内完成。
此前，CRA一直按照联邦自由党政府2024年预算政策，将资本收益纳入比例提高至66.7%。然而，1月31日，CRA宣布，由于联邦政府决定将资本收益税改的生效日期推迟至2026年1月1日，税务局将恢复原有50%的纳入比例。
CRA发言人Sylvie Branch表示，所有相关税务表格已恢复至适用的50%纳入比例。不过，税务系统的更新以及税务申报软件的认证仍在进行中。
她表示，在税务软件平台完成这一流程之前，用户可能无法打印或提交纳税申报表。此外，在加拿大税务局的系统变更最终完成之前，纳税申报表的评估通知无法完成。
Branch女士表示，软件平台已经开始获得报告资本处置回报的认证，大多数预计将在 3 月底之前获得认证。
